Please note that for folks who are new to our therapy program or returning after 1 year away, we require an initial conversation.
Also, our group sessions are reserved for Avalon clients who are placed with a therapist. If you are currently not placed with a therapist and are interested in a group, please book an initial conversation, and we can chat about how we can better support you.
